Go to the Ancient Stronghold
Greet the Ghost Knight
Turn the torch in the torch-filled room to get to the basement
Search south once in the basement
Solve the puzzle of the Puzzle Door
Find the Apparatus
Destroy the Apparatus

Your reward is an increase in Martial Arts and 150,000 experience.
