Everyone can do these two quest, no matter what level. There are two separate quests here, but they can be done together. For the first one, you will gather 50 orc heads. For the second, you will gather the head of the orc warleader. They are both in the same place, and need the same words said to the guildmaster.
In a Nutshell:
- Greet Guildmaster
- Ask guildmaster call to arms
- Ask guildmaster orc
- Kill tons of orcs in the orc training area, and gather 50 heads
- Go to the orc warlord's room
- Kill orc warlord
- Get head of the orc warlord
- Return to the Guildmaster
- Give head of orc warlord to guildmaster OR
- Give the 50 orc heads to the guildmaster

The guildmaster looks you up and down, and exclaims, "Well, well, another adventurer come to see old Joachim! What be your business, youngster? Are ye here on personal business, or are ye pursuing a private matter? Perhaps ye're wondering about the sudden arrival of strangers in Silvermere?" then he adds, "Or mayhap you are here about the CALL TO ARMS?"

He gets a stern look on his face and speaks, "Aye, indeed there have been siting of orcs, they've mostly kept to the dark cave, but ever so often you see one coming out. It is expected that very soon the black hearted pig dog's will come out of their cave and try and capture the forest, and mayhap Silvermere itself." Then he looks you up and down and says "I duna know if that be your cup of tea, but there has recently been a report of a big massive ORC, almost as big as an ogre, that's been causing all the ruckus. Some say he be Thrag's son, others say he comes from the badlands of the west, hard to say since that AVALANCHE happen'"

Joachim chuckles to himself for a moment, "Well it just be that today I was ordered by the council to put out a bounty on this bugger's head, indeed five hundred gold pieces to the one bold enough to return his severed head to me office. And further I been ordered to post a bounty of ten gold pieces for every orc-head that might be found from deep inside that cave." Then Joachim motions for you to come nearer, and faintly whispers, "If ye be of a warrior inclination I suggest ye visit me friend in the trees Aldreth, he may have a task for ye as well." The he laughs heartily and says "Now if ye happen to kill this bastardly brute, just GIVE HEAD OF ORC WARLORD TO GUILDMASTER, that's me, to collect your reward, and as well if you find some orc-heads lyin aboot just GIVE ORC-HEAD TO GUILDMASTER, that's me again then I give ye the bounty for that as well." Then he gives you a large grin and says, "Now be off youngster, I need to do some work!" and returns to his desk.
Go to the Orc Training Area (South of the Slave Master in the Goblin Caves). (Turn the skull in the bedroom to enter the area, pull the lever to exit.) Work your way south killing orcs and gathering heads until you get to the Orc Warlord. (Check this map). The regen can be a bit tricky. Kill him, and collect his head. Keep killing orcs until you have 50 heads, then head back to the Guildmaster.

With a proud flourish, you hand the severed orc-head to the guildmaster.
He grins,"That's one more pig-dog feeding the worms! Here's your 10 gold."
