Not doable by everone, this repeatable quest gives you the ability to smash a monster or user. Check this table to see if you can do this one:

In a Nutshell:
- Greet the guildmaster
- Ask guildmaster orc
- Go to Aldreth in the Darkwood Forest
- Greet Aldreth
- Ask Aldreth test
- Go to the Orc Training Grounds, and kill various orcs until you have collected 50 orc heads.
- Return to Aldreth
- Ask aldreth heads
- Ask aldreth return
- He will give you the ability to smash a monster or another player.. very useful.
Now, for the details:
greet guildmaster
The guildmaster looks you up and down, and exclaims, "Well, well, another adventurer come to see old Joachim! What be your business, youngster? Are ye here on personal business, or are ye pursuing a private matter? Perhaps ye're wondering about the sudden arrival of strangers in Silvermere?" then he adds, "Or mayhap you are here about the CALL TO ARMS?"

Joachim chuckles to himself for a moment, "Well it just be that today I was ordered by the council to put out a bounty on this bugger's head, indeed five hundred gold pieces to the one bold enough to return his severed head to me office. And further I been ordered to post a bounty of ten gold pieces for every orc-head that might be found from deep inside that cave." Then Joachim motions for you to come nearer, and faintly whispers, "If ye be of a warrior inclination I suggest ye visit me friend in the trees Aldreth, he may have a task for ye as well." The he laughs heartily and says "Now if ye happen to kill this bastardly brute, just GIVE HEAD OF ORC WARLORD TO GUILDMASTER, that's me, to collect your reward, and as well if you find some orc-heads lyin aboot just GIVE ORC-HEAD TO GUILDMASTER, that's me again then I give ye the bounty for that as well." Then he gives you a large grin and says, "Now be off youngster, I need to do some work!" and returns to his desk.
Now, head to Aldreth in the Darkwood forest

Aldreth says "Well. It has been long since anyone has dared venture past the warding borders of the clearing." He looks you up and down appraisingly. "Well, I have little to offer thee if thy intentions are sound, and, if they are not," here he gets a wild gleam in his eye, and shifts slightly where he sits, "then I will gladly show thee the door. Though I doubt it will come to that, only a fool would cross me. Do ye have need of teaching? For small fee, I would impart my knowledge to you, simply BUY TRAINING. Or if thou hast need of magical knowledge, my mind has long since turned from the paths of magic, and thou canst browse the SPELLS in my attic to thy heart's content. I can always do with a few gold coins in my purse to purchase trinkets from SILVERMERE." Then he adds, "If thou wishes to TEST thy might I can offer thee a combat trick known only to warriors of legend."

Aldreth looks you up and down, mentally sizing you up...
Aldreth glances at you and says, "Indeed thou might be mightful enough to pass the test I have." He pauses for a second then continues "Very well, deep inside the dark cave that is in this forest, thou will find many goblins and orcs. Half way through thou wilst find a trapdoor that will take thee to a pen of pitiful kobold slaves. At the end of the pen is a cruel lord over these pathetic slaves, and through his throne thou will find a massive area full of orcs that have been training and preparing for a grand invasion of the forest, nay Silvermere." He pauses for a moment allowing you to take in the gravity of the situation, then continues. "I charge thee, adventurer, to go to this great training area, and return from there fifty orcish HEADS. When thou dost this proves thee worthy of the combat manuevers used by warriors of legend." He goes back to his normal stance, and says "Return to me when thou hast the heads, until then I bid thee good fortune."
Grab a map and head to the Orc Barracks. Kill orcs like crazy. Once you have 50 heads, you want to go back to Aldreth.

Aldreth gives you a huge grin, then lets out a roar of laughter before patting you on the back. "I congratulate thee in thy aid to the safety of Silvermere, since you must rest your wounds I give you this token which you can RETURN to me at your leisure and I shall show thee the secret passed down by the masters of combat." With that he gives you a small plain disc, then turns away, still chuckling at the pile of orc-heads.

Aldreth gazes at you for a moment......
Aldreth smiles and says "Indeed you have passed the test to prove thy worth, now let me pass on one of the secrets of combat that I have carried with me" He leans forward and gestures for you to do the same, his voice whispers into your ear "There is a technique many great warriors used to attack a foe by using their weight to force the opponent to the ground, it is a very powerful blow that you deliver and not only is the damage great but the chance of them being stunned and knocked down is great as well. Let me give you an example", and before you know it you are on your back staring up at the chuckling face of the old warrior. He gestures for you to get up and practices with you some more, as you begin to think you're getting the hang of it he claps his hand on your back and says "Indeed thou hath mastered this form of combat, I pray thee use it in good faith and may your battles be won!" With that he waves goodbye to you!
