But, Will My Weapon Work?


Have you ever gone on a boss run with your buddies, and then been totally embarrassed because your weopon has no effect on that monster? Weep no more. Mudville has come to the rescue with this handy chart of what monster has what magic level. If you are heading out to do battle, check the cross reference to be sure your weapon has enough magic to work. A weapon with a Magic +3 rating will work on Monsters with no magic, or Magic +1, +2, and +3. There are now some items that are not magical, but will work. These are on the Hit Magic list, and the same guideline applies. Two hot exceptions. Only Red Iron weapons will work on the Pharaoh/Dao Lord, and only the Spirit Dagger of Goijar works on Gulgulthra.
